I built BodyRush Fitness with a passion to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, backed by my own history of sports and physical fitness knowledge, and 8 years of practical fitness experience. Sports and fitness have been a passion of mine for over twenty years.  My style of training is unique in that all my clients receive a workout customized to their personal goals whether it is weight loss, sports specific conditioning, core strength, mobility, or agility. 

 

 I listen to what YOU want for your short and long term goals, what YOU want out of each individual training session, and what YOU want out of me.
