I have built BodyRush Fitness with a passion to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, backed by my own history of sports and physical fitness knowledge, and three years of practical fitness experience. Sports and fitness have been a passion of mine for over twenty years.
My style of training is unique in that all my clients receive core, balance, stability as well as cardio-respiratory and strength training in every workout. Each specifically designed workout is customized to your personal goals whether it is weight loss, sports specific conditioning, core strength, stability or mobility and agility. I listen to what YOU want for your short and long term goals, what YOU want out of each individual training session and what YOU want out of me. I pride myself on making my clients feel comfortable and enthusiastic while training.
I hold a focus in corrective exercise programs. My expertise understands how to effectively screen and identify any physical factors that may be creating pain and/or limiting movement. I then prescribe customized exercises that will address muscle imbalance and misalignments which eliminate pain and movement limitations for good.
